To support the establishment of resident-led cultural governance,
We provide a foundational platform that enables local residents to directly plan and execute cultural programs, moving away from development centered on outside experts.
To enable residents to proactively discover village stories and develop them into unique local culture, we must build an ecosystem where residents actively participate, going beyond mere viewing. To revitalize sustainable culture rooted in the daily lives of residents,
In the initial stages, we have enabled residents to directly build digital archives of the village’s historical sites, folklore, and ecological resources.
This involves young village activists conducting interviews with village elders to collect the history of local life and hidden stories. This process requires the discovery, collection, and organization of village stories.
In the early stages, local visitors can listen to various local stories via their mobile devices based on the collected narratives to understand the local culture. Simultaneously, we organize small-scale concerts, plays, and workshops featuring village stories to strengthen bonds among residents, establish the culture, and generate diverse revenue through the introduction of local shops, thereby providing a foundation that contributes to the economic development of the region.

This is a group of local activists who collect, edit, and manage village stories.
Local Manager – Holds the authority to finally publish discovered stories. Is responsible for distributing various profits generated by attracting and promoting local shops and events.
Local Story Writer – Collects and organizes local history, myths, customs, stories from elders, etc., and records them on the Toritok Story platform.
